Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who do Eurogeneral supply and can you supply my store?

We can supply any retailer as long as your store is not in direct competition with one of our existing Euro2  or Eurogiant retail stores. To see a full list of our existing euro stores visit www.eurogiant.ie

We mainly supply discount and convenience stores, but have also supplied newsagents, chemists, garden centres, pet stores, van wholesalers, market traders etc.

2. Can I operate as a franchisee and use the Euro2 logo, name and signage?

No, we don’t operate franchises, we are predominantly a retail company and we own the “Euro2” and Eurogiant  retail stores, we currently have 80 retail stores nationwide. Our retail outlets are not franchised. Our retail stores are privately owned by eurogeneral retail division. We do however also operate a  wholesale business and supply many other discount and convenience stores, as long as they are not in direct competion with our existing Euro2 or Eurogiant Stores

3. Can Eurogeneral supply me with shelving, shop fittings and internal signage?

No, we only supply stock for resale. We don’t supply shelving, shop fittings or internal signage.

4. Can I order any other way apart from online? 

No, all wholesale orders are placed online.

5. It’s my first order, how long does it take for the order to be processed?

Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be processed.

6. How do I pay for my order?

When you are completing your order you will be given options for payment . Please choose whichever option suits your needs best.

7. Who do I contact if there is a problem with my order?

Problems are few and far between, but if for some reason you need to follow up on any issue with your order you can contact our wholesale department on 01 4294100, or email info@eurogeneral.ie

8. Export orders, I have a business on mainland Europe and want to order, but what are the freight costs involved?

We export throughout Europe and beyond. Minimum order for export is 1 pallet. If you could forward us your full postal address we can get a pallet rate for freight. If you could also let us know approximately how many pallets you are thinking of ordering it would help. Usually the more pallets ordered, the better the freight rate. 

9. Is there a minimum purchase order?

We did previously have minimum purchase orders but now you can order as much or as little as you need . ( as long as you are ordering full cartons )

10. Is there a delivery charge within Ireland?

Deliveries are free within Ireland (mainland) for orders over 550 euro gross, there is a delivery charge of 25 for orders between 300 and 550 gross . For smaller orders of between 1 and 300 euro there is a 35euro delivery charge. All deliveries are palletised and are delivered as a pallet drop only (i.e. drivers do not handball individual cartons off the pallet, they just deliver the pallet shrink wrapped). You can also choose "no Delivery , will collect" when checking out of cart . We will email invoice when order is ready for collection & you can collect from our distribution centre in ballymount dublin 12
